Shipping and Delivery
Delivery charges will depend on the Invoice Value of your order. A delivery charge of AED 15 will be applicable if the Invoice Value is less than AED 300.

For certain heavy goods, additional charges may apply. Deliveries / Installations that require additional manpower / equipment will incur a fee (payable separately), which we will notify you after receiving the necessary details OR a site inspection (if required), and prior to delivery.

Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Currently, we offer delivery services to all city limits within the UAE.

Alternatively, orders can be collected from our Corporate Office / Warehouse: Al Nabooda Interiors LLC, Street No 56, Community 597, Dubai Investment Park (DIP-2), Dubai, UAE during our Opening Hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. If you wish to do so, please select the “Self-Pick-Up” option during checkout, and we will notify you by email once your order is ready to be collected.
Returns
Return & Refund for an item will be considered only if the customer requests for a return of the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and if any of the following conditions are met:

- Return and refund is applicable if the item is unused and remains in the original packaging and / or condition
- Return and refund requests can be made if the product is damaged at the time of arrival
- Item discrepancy issues

Returns due to any other reason will not be accepted after the delivery of the product/s.
​
In case of a manufacturing defect, it shall be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Al Nabooda Interiors. The following procedure will be followed if the return is due to a manufacturing defect:

Repair - Our team will service the faulty item
Replace - If the faulty item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same product
Refund - If the item still cannot be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect & availability), a refund will be issued

All returned product/s shall be in its original state, unused, and under the condition that no damage has been caused to the product/s. We reserve the right to inspect the product/s prior to accepting the return of the product/s.

Return requests shall be done by sending an email to support@naboodaonline.com.
​
The refund amount will exclude the delivery charges paid, if any. All refunds shall be made to the credit / debit card or bank account that was used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Al Nabooda Interiors shall not be liable for any delays in the refunds by the banks.
